Access points allows you to search from over 18000 Network Rail approved access points on your mobile phone (on or off-line) by selecting Compass button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, navigating the map or searching for specific ELRs.HOW IT WORKSThe app uses your phones built in GPS to find your location and then searches for the 100 nearest access points.
Once you have selected an access point, the app will automatically pick up local information including authorised walking routes, local red zones and so on.
Once Access Points are downloaded they are available at all times (maps / map overlays have limited functionality when devices are offline).
